I was petting a cat I didn’t know earlier and it was lying on its back and I was stroking it and it suddenly grasped my arm and hit my wrist and I was scared because I felt a pinch and saw it bit me but now I know the cat just wanted to play 😂

My Dad did not like cats. Every time he came to my house and sat down on the couch my cat would promptly climb in his lap and start purring. My Mom, husband and I would crack up. Dad would sit there like a ticking bomb was on his lap and the cat appeared to be so proud of herself. She acted like she was determined he would like her 😂😂😂😂

My family has 4 cats, 1 of them very clearly chose me. We raised three of them since they were 2 weeks old and she was runt. I was immediately drawn to her, she was the smallest little thing I’d had ever seen. She very quickly became “my” cat, but I think it was more that I became “her” person. We have a very good understanding of each other, she knows what she can and can’t do in my room, and I understand what she does and doesn’t like as far as interaction. She’s my sweet girl and I love her dearly, I’d like to think she loves me too.
